Back in 2003, Hot Springs got a whole lot hotter when The Rib Cage unleashed their Sweet Heat BBQ, changing the game for all of Arkansas in the process. Pretty soon, they added the grilled meat themselves and took to the road, slathering their sauce across ribs, brisket and pulled pork. Then they rounded out the options with specialties like loaded cannonballs - baked potatoes loaded with beans, sour cream, cheese and your choice of pork or beef, and rib-cage loaded nachos.
