Scratch made falafel (chick pea based batter fried similar to a fritter) served on a lightly toasted pita with parsley, tomatoes, Arabic pickles and a drizzle of tahini sauce. This item is vegetarian. A vegan option available by substituting tahini sauce for garlic paste.

Pulled pork sandwich

We smoke pork butts for 16 hours, pull it fresh out of the smoker and serve it on a lightly toasted bun with sweet mild bbq sauce.

Kafta

Fresh 90% lean beef combined with fresh ground lamb, served on a lightly toasted pita with parsley, red onion, tomatoes, tahini sauce and a sprinkle of sumac.
