Shoestring fries with Truffle oil and parmesan cheese. Served with a lemon garlic dressing.

Served with tamarind sauce.

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Brioche bun filled with pulled pork bbq, apple coleslaw, jalapeños and crunchy onions. Served with fries.

Chipotle Chicken Wrap

Flour tortilla filled with seasoned chicken breast, lettuce, cheese, tomato, sour cream and creamy chipotle sauce. Served with fries.

Teriyaki Tofu Power Bowl

Blend of rice and quinoa, with tofu squares, cucumber, green apple, cabbage, jalapeno and tomato. With soy, ginger, and chipotle mayo dressing.

Loaded Hot Dog

With bacon, cheese, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mustard and crunchy onion.

Fish Tacos

What is the story behind your business' name?

We couldn't decide on a type of food, we are originally from Mexico so our first impulse was to do a Mexican cuisine food truck. But we had so many items we wanted to try out, so we thought we could encompass them all under a name such as "The Rolling Munchies". We kept the fish tacos, done in a traditionally Mexican way, and added some of our other favourite meals.
