What is the story behind your business' name?

The name The Rolling Potato was inspired by my daughter, who has loved potatoes since she was a little girl—she could eat them in every form, from fries to baked potatoes. I also noticed that while exploring food trucks, baked potatoes were rarely the star of the show, so I decided to create something unique that highlights a classic favorite in a new way.
