You can always find a solid sammy on the truck. 🌱 Our 'Pulled Pork' is a customer favorite and that's made with smokey BBQ jackfruit, on a potato bun topped with out slaw and BBQ sauce. We also make bonkers burgers! Plus a crazy Korean BBQ chick'n sandwich that will blow your mind!

Finding great vegan breakfast items in the wild is almost impossible, so we made them. 🌱 Our breakfast burrito is a crowd favorite. Just egg, black bean, tomato, green chili, red onion, bell peppers, scrambled together and served on a tortilla rolled up with options including our paprika breakfast potatoes, sausage, avocado, sour cream, and salsa. Add everything!

We make ahmazing French Toast! Try our Red, White & Blue version that is loaded with whipped non-dairy cream, blueberries, strawberries, blueberry and strawberry reductions and New Hampshire maple syrup. Or our Pineapple-Mango version with diced grilled pineapple and mango cream cheese. Or our baked stuffed pumpkin version, spiced and loaded with pumpkin cream cheese and harvest spiced maple. Whatever the season, we have a version that will knock your sox off and make you crazy for Sleazy.

This breakfast burrito is a beast. JustEgg scrambled with red onion, bell peppers, Rotel, and blackens. Then we roll it up in a tortilla with vegan sour cream, some of our paprika breakfast potatoes and avocado upon request. This is breakfast perfection.

Beyond Breakfast Sausage, Just Egg Scramble, Violife Cheese on grilled Dave's Killer Bread or vegan English Muffin or Bagel.

Meet Kelley-Sue LeBlanc
What is the story behind your business' name?

I have dreams of sailing some day, and the idea for a food truck is part of getting there. It's a business that will enable me to travel from port to port. I can't wait to be at a marina during a race, selling food and hanging with sailors from everywhere! When you sail, your boat name is always prefixed with S.V., for sailing vessel. So I was playing around with other names that could carry that prefix with it. I came up with Sleazy Vegan while noodling the various S-V combinations and I instantly knew that was it! SVFT, Sleazy Vegan Food Truck, it just works on so many levels. On the deeper, core value, mission statement level. Vegan is a very loaded word. It means different things to different people, and when two people have different interpretations, that can lead to some ... challenges. I am not a 100% vegan. I wear leather boots and have leather bags. I sometimes still eat seafood (again, I plan to sail and will need to eat when I'm out at sea, so I haven't completely given that up). When I've been in some vegan establishments, I have been shamed for my shoes and hand bag and for not "being vegan". Knowing that, I want folks who feel like they "are vegans" to us to know about my imperfectness right upfront. I also don't want that "shame" as any part of my business. I want people who eat everything to want to eat my food. I want to introduce sustainable alternatives in an approachable way. I welcome all ideologies. So making it clear that I'm a sleazy sort of vegan is my way of setting that stage. On the lighter side. We are making whole food, plant-based meals available to people in a hurry. We want to be fast and easy, and we get around, which is pretty spot on for sleazy. The logo. When I designed the logo, I wanted it to represent the kind of eater that I am. I don't nibble on fleurettes of radish daintily. I eat a lot. And when I'm hungry, it's in a "right now, get in my belly" kinda way. People who eat veg, eat a lot of it. The logo looks hungry and ready to eat because that's who we are looking for...hungry peeps with diets and appetites of all kinds.
