About The Smashed Patty
After managing restaurants, owning a deli, and running a food prep business, Jay decided it was time to tackle his lifelong dream: launching a food truck. Retirement didn't mean slowing down for Jay—instead, he fired up the grill and got to work. Thus, The Smashed Patty was born! This is much more than just another burger truck. Their menu is a culinary carnival, featuring delights like hummus appetizers, Greek and Harvest salads, and a mouthwatering Mexi-Burger topped with guacamole, jalapeño, pico de gallo, and mayo. Vegetarians, don't fret! They've also got a Cauliflower Patty burger made with onions, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, and a tomato tahini on freshly baked pita bread. We pita the fool who doesn't wanna try these dishes!
