What is your favorite dish on the menu?

My absolute personal favorite is a Combo cup with 1 scoop of Funfetti Cookie Dough and the rest with Ice Cream. Churros should be dusted in Graham Cracker! Not exactly on the menu but we can definitely do it if someone asks! YUMMY! I highly recommend

Where did you learn to cook?

I learned starting at a young age growing up with my mother and grandmother as they were both amazing cooks. I also took several cake decorating and cooking classes growing up and even through high school. I then went to Colorado State University where I continued my passion through the Nutrition program and majored in Hospitality Management. I have also worked in the food industry for 10-12 years now. I am just somewhat familiar with food and cooking ;)

Why did you decide to start your business?

My mother retired this last year and she wanted to do something fun with her spare time now. I had always wanted to own and operate my own little business since I was young and a food truck has always sounded like a neat experience. I knew I liked to work with food and make people happy, what better way to do this than with desserts? Because of my Mother, I am able to live out my dream of starting my own business. I hope to grow and get more successful every day! Starting the business has not been easy, but I know it will be so worth it as I keep going on.

Who encouraged you the most to start your own business?

My mother, my husband, and my Sister. They all have had and still have a lot of confidence in me. I really couldn't have done it without them. They help me stay strong. motivated, driven, and positive.

What's your favorite event that you've catered for?

I am fairly new to the business but I would have to say my favorite event so far would have to be a 70 person Birthday party that I catered. The people made it so much fun! They were all incredibly generous and friendly. People were having a really good time. Everyone was so appreciative of us that it made us feel really good about our work!
