What is the story behind your business' name?
When we purchased Dollar Cone and I was looking for a name for my team, I came up with The Sprinkle Squad. That turned into us using Sprinkles as decorations in the building, on our logo, stationary, etc. So, when we decided to build an Ice Cream Trailer, we immediately called it The Sprinkle Cart.

The Sprinkle Cart by Dollar Cone brings handcrafted sweetness and small-town charm to every event in Mineral Springs and across Union County. Founded by Pam Souza and Jeff LeBlanc, this family-owned dessert and beverage trailer turns every stop into a celebration, serving lactose-free soft serve, dairy-free treats, and no-sugar-added ice cream made with care and creativity.
From Reese’s peanut butter parfaits layered with hot fudge to crisp waffle cone nachos topped with whipped cream and cherries, every dessert from The Sprinkle Cart is made to spark smiles. Guests can also sip on refreshing Italian sodas in flavors like raspberry, lavender, and white peach, or cozy up with espresso drinks, rich cocoas, and warm ciders when the weather turns cool.
