About Thelma's Bread Dough
The eats at Thelma’s Bread Dough date back to 1927. Owner Emily Miner’s grandmother, Thelma, used to walk through the Addison County Fair dishing out her special deep-fried balls of dough. Now, Miner continues that tradition throughout the Brandon, VT area with her very own food truck. She serves all types of ingredients wrapped up in dough, deep-fried, and served fresh for your gustatory pleasure.
Fried dough is oh-so-simple, but oh-so-brilliant. Even a plain dough ball is a soft, chewy, comforting concoction that can be drizzled with any number of toppings for added deliciousness. But why stop there? These dough balls come stuffed with savory foods like pepperoni, cheese, and cheddar. Feeling like a sweet treat? Three words - fried candy bars. If you’re in need of some serious decadence, you can nosh on all the carb-y indulgences your heart desires at Thelma’s Bread Dough. So, why not book it for an event? It’ll definitely be an original choice and one that will no doubt leave your guests stuffed and satisfied.
