About Three Sisters Cajun Specialtz
Three Sisters Cajun Specialtz owes its roots to a tiny, red shaved ice trailer started by Shelia and Michael Frank in 2004. Sharing a love for shaved ice and memories of its relief during hot Southern summers, the Franks expanded their business to include the hot Cajun flavors of the South to be enjoyed alongside their gourmet shaved ice.
