Tiki's Shave Ice and Bar

Tiki's Shave Ice and Bar is giving Boise a truly tropical treat, and we bet you can guess just what that is. Shave ice. But not just any shave ice, mind you. This shave ice is authentically Hawaiian, not that crunchy ice they use for snow cones. Instead, you're getting a melt in your mouth light and fluffy texture, with ice literally shaved from a giant block of ice. Hence the name, and hence why it's so delicious.

The best part? It's all being made available on the go, a food truck that's putting this frozen treat at the front and center of the menu. Available in a myriad of mouthwatering flavors, this shave ice features ice so fine you'll think they collected it from a local ski resort. If Boise had any ski resorts, that is. Get fruity classics like cherry, blueberry and grape, or go full island bliss and get their mango, passionfruit, guava, coconut and pineapple flavors to tantalize your tastebuds. But that's not all. Tiki's Shave Ice and Bar is taking it a step further, offering an array of sweet toppings including snow caps made of condensed milk and a scoop of premium vanilla ice cream on the bottom. If all this sounds good to you, what are you still reading this for? Find Tiki's Shave Ice and Bar to treat yourself, or invite 'em to treat you and your guests at your next event. You deserve it.
