My name is Tina and my dad called me " Tin Tin" since I remember. This is a family owned business. My dad and myself working together to run Tin Tin.

Each sandwich is named after an Iranian city and cooked fresh on the grill, while the signature saffron lemonade called Nasrin honors a mother whose influence still shapes everything Tin Tin serves.
The menu centers on Persian sandwich wraps like Isfahan with juicy beef koobideh, Tehran with saffron marinated grilled chicken, and Tabriz with tender beef chenjeh, all layered with grilled tomato sauce, herbs, and onion. A vegetarian favorite, Rasht, features smoky grilled eggplant with garlic, walnut, and kashk, offering deep flavor without meat.
