What is the story behind your business' name?

To Be Frank with you, my husband and I wanted to elevate some of our childhood favorites. It wasn't centered around hotdogs at the time, but we quickly realized we could not afford a food truck to start. Once we started looking up hotdog carts, we knew we found what we wanted to do! Both of our backgrounds were raised in eating hotdogs, both in unique ways! We decided to combine those memories together into a business--To Be Frank Jax!
