Chef Toben began his culinary career studying professionally at Cordon Bleu School of the Culinary Arts in Paris. After graduation, he spent years cutting his teeth at various restaurants throughout Toronto. Once he’d adequately honed his skills in the kitchen, he decided it was high-time to go at it on his own. With that, Toben Food By Design was born. This food truck pops into events throughout Toronto serving up gourmet fare made from locally sourced ingredients.
