What is the story behind your business' name?

Tortas las Jarochitas a Minority- women owned family business; after immigrating from Mexico. Erika Gonzales (Owner, Founder) started her hot dog selling business to support her two kids. Year after year she would save up to afford a lunch truck and after a decade, it finally happened. Now, over 5 years with the Tortas Las Jarochitas food truck she has catered all over Southern California for festivals, community events, business caterings, and parties.
