Yes, Train Fuel is registered for catering and/or vending events on Roaming Hunger. In terms of availability, we don't manage their calendar. The best way to find out if they're available is to fill out your event information and see if they respond.

Train Fuel: Powered by the Station The name Train Fuel was born from the heart and spirit of our gym, Train Station Fitness Center. Just as our gym is a place where strength is built and goals are forged, Train Fuel was created to feed that fire—fueling your journey both inside and outside the gym. At Train Station, we believe fitness is more than reps and routines; it’s a lifestyle powered by discipline, consistency, and the right nutrition. That’s where Train Fuel comes in—whether you’re grabbing a post-workout bite from our food truck or prepping your weekly meals with us, you’re getting fuel designed to keep your engine running strong. Where did you learn to cook?

I’ve always enjoyed cooking—it’s something that stuck with me since I was a kid. Whether I was helping out in the kitchen at home or experimenting with meals on my own, it became more than just a hobby—it was my creative outlet. Over time, I started connecting it with my passion for fitness and realized how powerful food could be when it’s done right. That’s what inspired me to take it more seriously and eventually turn it into something I could share through Train Fuel.

Why did you decide to start your business?

I decided to start a business because I wanted to create something that combined all the things I’m passionate about—fitness, food, and helping people feel their best. I saw how much of a difference proper nutrition made in my own journey, and I wanted to make it easier for others to access that kind of support. Starting Train Fuel was a way to turn that vision into something real—where I could build a community, share what I love, and make an impact beyond just the gym.

Who encouraged you the most to start your own business?

My biggest encouragement came from my family—especially my dad and brother, who are now my business partners. We’ve always shared a passion for fitness and food, so it just made sense to build something together. Their support and belief in the vision really pushed me to take the leap and turn this idea into a business. Having them by my side made the whole process feel less like a risk and more like a shared mission.

What's your favorite event that you've catered for?

One of my favorite events I’ve catered for was a celebration during Hispanic Heritage Month. The energy, the music, the sense of community—it was all amazing. I had the chance to create a menu inspired by traditional flavors while adding a healthy twist, and it was incredible to see how well it was received. It reminded me how food can bring people together and celebrate culture in such a powerful way. Definitely one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had with Train Fuel.
