Yes, Trash Talk is registered for catering and/or vending events on Roaming Hunger. In terms of availability, we don't manage their calendar. The best way to find out if they're available is to fill out your event information and see if they respond.

About Trash Talk

Lori Herndon is a Rochester, NY native who grew up in a food-loving Italian family. Upon moving to North Carolina after college, Herndon sorely missed the "trash plates" traditionally dished up in her hometown. What is a trash plate or garbage plate, exactly? Sometimes called the ultimate hangover food, a trash plate contains your choice of meats served over a bed of macaroni salad and home fries and then smothered in a spicy meat sauce. Thanks to Herndon's food trailer, residents of the Raleigh-Durham, NC area can sample this regional delicacy for themselves.
