About Trini Vybez

Kalu's opened its doors with demos and samples of Caribbean food crafted with its Trinidadian, all-natural seasonings and spices. From there, we served our Trinidadian fare in festivals and events, and realized customers wanted Trinidadian food closer to their locations and not where they must go out of their way to seek. From there, our food truck, Trini Vybez was born. We craft all natural spices and seasonings which we use in our meals, whether it's vegan or full on meat based.
