Our delicious homemade sesame seed buns, toasted and topped with BBQ jackfruit, hand cut slaw, Cayenne aioli

Vegan Steak bao buns

Marinated “steak” seasoned with Chinese 5 spice and served with pickled cucumber and carrots, topped with the works drizzled with sriracha aioli

Crispy Shroom Tacos and vegan carnitas tacos

Homemade flour tortilla- fried mushrooms or vegan carnitas, cilantro sauce and slaw topped with tomato, onion, queso fresco, avocado, radish and sriracha aioli. Delicious!

Tempura Veggie Basket

Fresh veggies seasoned and dipped into a delicious tempura batter- fried until crispy. Served with homemade southwest ranch and/or sweet chili sauce.

Paying an homage to my maternal bloodline to the Americas, as my ancestors named the Americas, “Turtle Island”. Also, Turtles represent longevity, and plant based foods will help to attain longer life.
