Whichever of their dishes you score the lowest gets tossed off the menu…forever! Bring Chef Josh Pera and Chef Phill Freeman in to share the fun, fusion foods they've created for athletes, celebrities, and fine restaurants. Start with the honey BBQ flatbread with chicken, pickled red onions, mozzarella cheese, and a honey jalapeño drizzle. Order up a salami and pepperoni Italian sandwich, some caramelized onion-topped bacon sliders, Josh's famous ground turkey meatballs, or the Wonton Tuna Tower with ahi tuna, soy sesame ginger sauce, avocado, Sriracha aioli, and wonton chips.
