Founded by two first-generation Sicilian sisters, this food trailer celebrates the flavors, traditions, and hospitality passed down from their Nonna, Mamma, and Zie. Every menu item reflects the foods they grew up enjoying, creating an experience rooted in family, culture, and genuine Sicilian cooking.

The menu features freshly prepared Sicilian-style paninis layered with premium ingredients and traditional flavors. Guest favorites include A' Bedda Mortadella with stracciatella and pistachio, Il Crudo di Nonno with prosciutto and fig spread, and Porchetta alla Sicilia topped with homemade lemon pesto. Select ingredients are imported from Italy to preserve authentic flavor, while rotating sides, Italian beverages, and specialty desserts add even more character to every meal.
