Umami Moto

There's a ninja cat prowling the streets of Albuquerque, but fear not, it's far more delicious than dangerous. This is Umami Moto, a food truck serving pan-Asian cuisine in the Land of Enchantment since 2019. If the cat's ristra of chiles weren't clue enough, wait until you taste their signature, double-patty smashburger, piled high with bacon and, you guessed it, Hatch green chiles.

Or convert your confusion to tasty fusion with their Korean Burrito, packed with bulgogi, Napa cabbage and their unique K-ueso sauce. With sandwiches and bowls galore, Umami Moto has something delicious for hand holders and fork wielders alike. So treat your guests to a meow-velous dining experience by booking Umami Moto to cater your next event today.
