About Và Fa Napoli Pizza
Pasquale Truppi, who migrated from Airola in 1969, laid the foundation of this culinary legacy. Growing up in the family tomato business, he valued fresh ingredients and, together with his wife Civita, brought the traditions of making everything from scratch to the U.S. Settling in New Jersey, Pasquale’s dedication to quality and authentic flavors was passed on to his son, Carlo Mariano Truppi. Carlo, born in Naples, embraced his family’s love for great food and began cooking from a young age, inspired by the homemade pizza his mother Civita made.
In 2020, amid the pandemic, Carlo perfected his Neapolitan pizza recipe using a gas-fired pizza oven that became the highlight of their outdoor kitchen. Encouraged by the positive feedback from friends and neighbors, Carlo and his son Giancarlo, who was passionate about the family’s culinary traditions, decided to start their own business. With a perfect Neapolitan oven and a solid business plan, Và Fa Napoli Pizza was born. The Truppi family’s commitment to treating every guest like family ensures an exceptional dining experience, where the motto "Mangia ti fa bene" rings true—eat, it’s good for you!
