Victor Hickson has had a deep-seated passion for food since early childhood. He first learned the basics by watching his mother in the kitchen, and went on to culinary school as an adult before cutting his teeth at a range of high-end hotel kitchens and popular restaurants. Now, he’s returning to his roots with Vic’s Heart ‘n’ Soul Food. At this truck, Victor treats residents of West Babylon, NY to a host of home-cooked meals that honor his African American heritage.
