What is the story behind your business' name?

Our name Waffadilla comes from the fusion of waffles and quesadillas — since everything we make is pressed in a waffle iron. But the name has an even more personal twist: in our family, we’ve always pronounced quesadillas as “quesa-dill-uh” (with the L’s), so naturally when we created our version, it became Waffa-dill-uh. It’s playful, family-inspired, and perfectly captures the unique spin we put on a classic favorite.
