What is the story behind your business' name?
We started out in July of 2017 with a NYC Style Hot Dog Cart pulled by a 1972 Dune Buggy called Dune Buggy Dogs and More. Through 5 years of building our business and our customer base, we wanted to move up to a a Food Truck concept that no one does. Waffles & Paninis! During my research and development, we decided on the name "WAFFLINI'S". Gourmet Waffles and Creative Paninis. We have our regular menu of Chicken Tenders and Waffles or Waffle Fries, Coconut Shrimp with a Rum Syrup and a Pina Colada Dipping Sauce over Belgian Waffles or Waffle Fries, Philly Steak or Chicken Hoagies, Gyros. Sweet Treats and we even carry AWESOME Vegan Options. We specialize in Big Festivals, Events, Concerts like Styx, Gin Blossoms, Fabulous Thunderbirds, Clay Walker, Jody Massena and more. Catering is our favorite as we get to give our personal touch.
