No? We thought so! Since 2021, the Wakey Wakey Food Truck has been the Twin Cities' neon green-colored delight on wheels—serving from scratch, happy belly breakfasts across Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Can you imagine waking up from a night of dancing at a music festival to a warm croissant stuffed with delicious sliced ham, stove-sautéed bacon, and fluffy scrambled eggs?
