This lively truck is serving up quite a tasty selection of gourmet hot dogs and fries, such as their American Loaded Dog (toasted hoagie with a Hebrew national dog, topped with heaping fries, cheese, and bacon) and the El Chapo Dog (Chicago style poppy seed bun, Hebrew national dog topped with queso blanco, pico de gallo, chorizo, and cotija), to Pom Fries (fresh hot french fries topped with goat cheese, pomegranate balsamic glaze, and basil) to good ole’ Canadian Poutine, and everything in between.
