For eight years, Pit Master Bill Carpenter traveled all over the country to study the craft of various BBQ Masters. He explored techniques, traditions, and recipes from every region, developing his own craft the entire way. In 2008 he began dominating BBQ championships with his fusion innovations. He slow-smokes premium meats in a Texas-style wood fire and makes rubs and sauces from scratch with flavors from all over the world. The demand for his signature BBQ recipes grew and grew, and his hobby catering quickly transformed into a successful mobile food service.
