White Dog Distilling brings handcrafted spirits and a whole lot of character to Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Founded in 2016 by Carlo and Alecia Catucci, along with lifelong friends Vin Greene and Eric Sylvestre, this distilling family known as “The Pack” turned a historic mill into a hub for creativity, craft, and community. With a passion that blends science, artistry, and flavor, White Dog creates spirits that celebrate both tradition and innovation.

On the menu, every bottle tells a story. Puppy Bourbon may be young at five months, but its single barrel aging delivers a surprisingly smooth sip. Cornucopia Cold Brew Whiskey combines corn, malted barley, and Nitro Cart Cold Brew for a spirited twist. Spiced Rum balances herbs and spices for a drink that is as good neat as it is in a cocktail, while Howlin’ Moonshine keeps things playful with rotating flavors like Chocolate Caramel, Sweet & Hot, and Green Apple.
