Wooden Cow Coffee is a mobile espresso cart based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, run by husband-and-wife duo Spencer and Syra. With a focus on craftsmanship and transparency, they serve up small-batch coffee sourced from an Illinois roaster that prioritizes flavor over volume. Every shot is pulled by hand—never automated—and each cup is a reflection of respect for the entire process, from farm to roast to pour.

Their setup is fully mobile and event-ready, making appearances at weddings, markets, corporate functions, and gatherings across Milwaukee, Chicago, and the North Shore suburbs. The menu is intentionally tight: lattes, mochas, americanos, and espressos, with only three classic flavor options—vanilla, hazelnut, and caramel. No gimmicks, no syrup overload—just espresso-forward drinks made the way they should be.
