A Zsa’s signature, the idea for this sandwich began with a family favorite gooey graham cracker concoction that just needed to have ice cream paired with it. Graham crackers are coated with butter and brown sugar toffee, sprinkled with slivered almonds, and finished with a bit of Kosher salt before finally being sandwiched with our Vanilla Ice Cream.
