Chicken Andouille Gumbo

A traditional heavily seasoned Louisiana stew made with a hearty deep roux, okra, smoked chicken and Andouille sausage.

Swamp Platter

A platter of crispy, flavor-filled Kickin’ Fried Shrimp (8 pieces) and Cajun Fried Catfish (2 pieces). Served with Zydeco’s signature Remoulade and Bang-Bang sauce.
