What is the story behind your business' name?

Anna's parents had a plaque in the shape of an artist's pallet that said "Cooking is an Art" and had both their names on it - hence "Art of Cooking, LLC" Our truck name "Amore de la Cucina" means "love of the kitchen" in Italian.

About Amore de la Cucina

Fall in love with Italian cuisine as Nonna and Papa Joe Micheli present Amore de la Cucina. Since 2017, this tasty trailer has served up homestyle Italian sandwiches for the good folks of Waukesha, WI. Nonna is from Italy with decades of traditional Italian cooking experience, and Papa Joe is of italian heritage and loves all things food. Together, they offer up a feast of food truck favorites on homemade bread from meatball to Italian beef to roasted eggplant. Enjoy the art of cooking, and have Amore de la Cucina treat your guests to a little love, right from their kitchen.
