Milwaukee Food Trucks

Cheeseheads just couldn't say no to the food truck revolution, eh? Milwaukee is becoming more and more of a foodie destination; a mecca where you can grab a whole slab of ribs for lunch from Buddha's BBQ at Take-Out Tuesday in Schlitz Park. On other days, many trucks spend lunch at the Milwaukee County Courthouse Thursdays, and in the industrial park at N. 91st St. and W. Calumet Road for Foodie Fridays. You can also check out a school project of sorts parked in front of the US Bank on East Wisconsin Ave: the Marco Pollo Global Cluck Truck, which is operated by a high school teacher and two of his students. Whatever you’re looking for, Milwaukee's scene is sure to have it somewhere.
