150 of Our version of the famous Jalapeño poppers. Ours has ground beef, onions, shredded cheese and cream cheese in them. We stuff them and wrap them in Bacon, then smoke them on the smoker until the Bacon is crisp. So good.

We Slow Smoke this great piece of meat for 18 hours until it just falls apart. It's great on sandwiches or even by itself. We cook it without any sauce and it's great by itself or with any of our BBQ Sauces.

This is a very popular menu item for us as well. Our Chicken is slow cooked for 2 hours in our signature broth and is great by itself or with any of our BBQ Sauces.

We started out as an ASU Tailgate Crew and wanted a name that indicated we were from AZ.
