About Banh Oui
Chefs Casey Felton and Armen Piskoulian met while they were both working at the Tasting Kitchen in Venice, where they quickly discovered they shared similar culinary passions. After ending up working in Australia together, they fell in love with the Vietnamese classic that is banh mi. Eventually, they landed in Los Angeles, CA and decided to share that love with lucky Angelenos via Banh Oui. The sammies here, each one served on a fresh French roll, go well above and beyond the average bahn mi fixings as they sport loads and loads of unique filling combinations.
