Yep we did it! We took our slow cooked huge ST Louise ribs along with a secret process (That you are not going to get) and battered them and deep fried them. Slap your MOMA experience.
BBQ egg rolls
So just incase anyone thinks that we are just and old school BBQ Dog, we came up with some new tricks. Turning to our Asian friends we came up with our favorite pulled pork in a crispy egg roll rapper. in Mild, Medium, Hot, and NAPALM! must sign waver.
Thick cut bacon slow smoked sweeten and covered in pecans. Yep it is BACON !!
Backed Bean slow cooked with our rib ends and then slow smoked!
We rub our chicken with a North Carolina season and slow cook it for hours. With a juice inside and a crispy skin this bird is loved by all. Served in quarters.
Pulled pork Sandwich
1/2 pound of our South Carolina Style slow cooked pork but. served on a sweet roll with our very own sweet and spicy cole slaw. this can be sauced or no sauce.
St Louise style ribs
Now the cut might be from ST Louise but the rub is Tennessee all the way. With a 6 Hour burn on them the meat will just fall clean of the bone. Sold by the LB
Texas Style Brisket
Our Texas style slow cooked Brisket. We take 3 days to get it right strating with a Brine, then a Marinate and finally it goes in the smoker all night so all that work can come together. Sold by the LB
Carolina Pulled Pork
Carolina likes there pig sweat and spicy, and we do to! We take the best pork buts and marinate them in our Gun Powder (that's our rub folks no bullets were hurt in the making of it) for 24 hours then in to the smoke they go, hours later you get the best pulled pork you have ever had! Mac N Cheese turned up a notch. We take our special cheese blend for our Mac N Cheese and then we smoke it!
