What is the story behind your business' name?

BB’s Kitchen comes from Brenda Backal. We shortened it to BB’s Kitchen.

About BB's Kitchen

BB's Kitchen is well known in the Los Angeles culinary scene for good reason. As the caterer for the Los Angeles Rams for three seasons running, they're well prepared to give you only the best food at your next event, too. No really. They provide couples with customized cuisine for their wedding day, along with creative savory dishes to curb hunger at any manner of event you have in mind. It's all coming to you from the esteemed chef, Brenda Backal, who started her journey making funnel cakes and and churros for birthday parties. But soon, she recognized the joy she got in serving people with her delicious meals, and pursued a degree at Le Cordon Bleu, working her way up from a sous chef to an executive chef. Now, she's made a go of it on her own, and we couldn't be happier. With a menu that's completely customizable to the event, you're getting Mexican, Italian, Jewish, Indian and French fare alongside all American classics and seafood. They can even accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free diets, along with offering breakfast and delectable desserts. It's just chef BB's way. So why wait? Hire BB's Kitchen to cater, or find 'em in LA.
