I love it because it’s smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced — the slow steeping process brings out the coffee’s natural sweetness without any bitterness. It’s refreshing, energizing, and a perfect way to enjoy the full flavor of BeanWave’s carefully roasted beans.

The story behind our name, BeanWave, comes from our philosophy of coffee as an experience. “Bean” represents the quality and care we put into every coffee bean we source and roast. “Wave” reflects the energy, flow, and community we want to create with each cup — a ripple effect of craft, sustainability, and connection. Together, BeanWave embodies our mission to elevate coffee into a thoughtful, memorable experience for every person, event, and moment.

Where did you learn to cook?

I learned to cook from my grandma. She taught me the value of using fresh, high-quality ingredients and putting care into every dish. Her passion for flavors and attention to detail inspired me to bring that same love and dedication to BeanWave’s menu.

Why did you decide to start your business?

I decided to start a business because I wanted to share my passion for coffee, desserts, and thoughtfully crafted treats with more people. I wanted to create experiences that combine quality, craft, and community — not just serving a drink, but pairing it with pastries, desserts, and snacks that make every event memorable. Starting BeanWave allowed me to turn that vision into something tangible and share it at events, gatherings, and with anyone who appreciates carefully made coffee and treats.

Who encouraged you the most to start your own business?

My family encouraged me the most to start my own business. Growing up in an Italian and Argentinian household, I was surrounded by a culture of passion, hard work, and appreciation for food and coffee. Their support, values, and love for craftsmanship inspired me to take the leap and build BeanWave into a business that reflects those same principles.

My favorite event that I’ve catered was a private wedding in Miami Beach. It was intimate, vibrant, and gave me the opportunity to create a full coffee and dessert experience for the guests. Seeing people enjoy the drinks, pastries, and snacks we prepared — and knowing I helped make their day special — was incredibly rewarding.
