What started out as a Sunday tradition of making pizzas together as a family has become the inspiration for Belsito Pizzeria. Morgan Sacco named his mobile pizzeria after the rural village in Southern Italy where his great grandfather, Luigi, was born. Now you can catch him rolling into events serving pies out of a trailer complete with its own wood-fired oven.
Belsito Pizzeria crafts pizzas from high-quality local and imported sources to ensure the richest taste possible. Pies are served straight out of the 800 degree wood-fired oven, creating bubbling cheese sitting atop a crust that balances crispy and chewy. From tried and true options like Papa's Margherita, to pizzas smothered in arugula pesto like the La Rucola, to a white pizza with infused garlic oil named the Bianchi, each personal pie here is truly drool-worthy.
