Having grown up in the food truck industry, talent and passion for cooking came naturally to Chef Edmon. He gained confidence in his skills through crafting tasty dishes for friends and family and eventually decided to give wing to his very own truck. Now Bird Coma is making its way through the streets of LA and serving a delicious worldly twist on Southern comfort classics.
