The fact that I spend most of my days cooking and then continue to cook in my time off makes me think I’m in the right line of work. Thanksgiving was no exception. Samir and I took a break from planning for the launch of our truck to visit our sister in Phoenix. When my sister, who is 8 months pregnant said she was really jonseing for some good turkey and stuffing, I did not want to disappoint. So, I made a turducken. If you haven’t heard of it, a turducken is a chicken inside of a duck inside of a turkey with stuffing (or sausage if you’re so inclined) between each layer. See pictures of deliciousness below:
