Since March is synonymous with all things Spring and green, we wanted to spruce things up a bit by sharing some of our favorite healthy or “green” food trucks!
Street Fusion
Street Fusion is a Bay Area food truck that is dishing out healthy Vietnamese cuisine. Everything on their menu, from the wraps and bowls, to their banh mi sandwiches, are made from all organic, fresh, gluten-free and non-GMO ingredients.
Farm Truck
The mission of the Farm Truck is to raise awareness of where the food we consume comes from. Committed to providing everyone with real, healthy food, Farm Truck makes sure that all of their produce comes from local farms, bread from local bakeries and that all of their spices and seasonings are fairly traded.
50 Shades of Green
50 Shades of Green is a food truck based in the city of sin but they are serving up a well balanced menu of items full of both meat, vegan, and vegetarian options all made of fresh and organic options.
Hail Caesar Truck
Hail Caesar is a gourmet food truck based in Atlanta that is serving up delicious guilt-free sandwiches, salads and wraps, whose dressings are only 50 calories. Every salad and wrap also come with the option of polenta short bread or homemade chips. If you’re not in love with any of the combos on the menu, don’t worry you can create your own!
Happy Belly Curbside Kitchen
Happy Belly Curbside Kitchen is serving up a feel good menu that is sure to put a smile on anyones face. They believe that everyone should have a happy belly and succulent meat and vibrant gilled vegetables that they serve will do just that!
Hella Vegan Eats
If you couldn’t already tell by the name, Hella Vegan Eats is serving “hella” healthy food, that both vegans and non-vegans alike will find to be extremely delicious.
Ripe Cuisine
Ripe Cuisine is the only all vegan food truck in the city of Houston. Run by a licensed dietician, you are sure sure to receive a well-balanced, locally sourced and plant-based meal out of any selection from their menu.
Plant Food for People
Plant Food for People is a Los Angeles based mobile food trailer that is providing foodies with amazing mexican food, tailored to fit the vegan lifestyle. If you ever make it out to this truck be sure to try their jack fruit carnets tacos, pictured below.
No Bones About It
No Bones About It is not only an amazing healthy vegan food truck, that anyone would love, but they also give back! Every month 2% of their sales go to different animal welfare groups in the Seattle area.
