What is the story behind your business' name?

We've owned the Bohemian Biergarten in downtown Boulder for 10 years now. The truck is an ambassador of our restaurant so we kept "Bohemian" and added "Wurst" which is German for sausage. Zdenek is originally from Czech Republic, which is where the region of Bohemia is located. Bohemian Biergarten and Bohemian Wurst combine Czech and German words to show that we are a Central European concept.
