About Bubba's Q

When Al “Bubba” Baker retired after 13 years in the NFL, he began catering at home alongside his daughter Brittani. What started out as a small time gig soon flourished into a full time business. This is thanks in no small part to Bubba’s Q’s boneless ribs, which even made an appearance on Shark Tank back in 2013. Now a treasured part of the Los Angeles food scene, this trailer’s a must for barbecue aficionados across SoCal.

What exactly is a boneless rib? Exactly what it sounds like. These are real, dry-rubbed ribs with the bones removed via a patented process. That means Bubba’s Q is the only place you can get these culinary wonders. Grab ‘em solo or mixed into a bowl of gooey mac ‘n cheese.
