Crispy, golden brown bite sized pieces of marinated chicken thighs in house blend seasoning.

Salchipapa

Colombian classic loaded fries with hot dogs, corn and cheese. Covered with ketchup and mayo.

Loaded Birria Fries

What is the story behind your business' name?

Buenazzo is a Peruvian slang for 'really good' or 'awesome'. It comes from the Spanish word 'bueno' and we add the informal suffix 'azo' as a way to intensify meanings. We wanted a name that emphasized that our food truck is all about two guys making super awesome food and having fun along the way! We take our food very seriously but we don't take each other or anything else too seriously. Plus it's also just fun to say Buenazzzoo!

Buenazzo Food Truck brings a flavorful fusion to the streets of Denver, blending Asian and Latin American street food with serious personality. Founded by two friends—one from Taiwan, the other from Peru—this culinary duo takes global comfort food to the next level, serving everything from Taiwanese potstickers and beef scallion pancakes to classic Peruvian lomo saltado. Their shared passion for global street eats comes through in every bite.

Signature bites like crispy chicken fingers and savory potstickers make for perfect grab-and-go snacks, but the big bites are where Buenazzo really flexes. The Rio Burger layers a grilled beef patty with mozzarella, ham, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, corn, mayo, and crunchy potato sticks on a toasted bun. For something with even more flavor-packed punch, the Pan con Lomo Saltado loads marinated steak, stir-fried veggies, and golden fries into a warm baguette.
