Founded by Kristi and Ricky, Chickies Coffee breathes new life into Ricky’s grandfather’s 1971 Datsun 521 pickup, transformed into a vibrant coffee truck. With Kristi’s extensive coffee expertise and Ricky’s background in design and sustainability, they’ve created a unique, eco-friendly coffee experience that’s as heartwarming as it is delicious.

Kristi, a seasoned coffee professional, honed her skills at the Roastery of Cave Creek, where she managed nearly every aspect of coffee production. Her passion for hospitality shines through as she serves coffee with a smile, bringing joy to the community. Ricky, a sustainability graduate from ASU and a construction professional, combined his skills with Kristi’s vision to meticulously refurbish the Datsun, crafting artisan butcher block countertops and installing all necessary plumbing and electrical systems.
