Since 2014, the folks at Cookies N Cream have dedicated themselves to turning ice cream sandwiches into an art form. This truck specializes in this kiddie menu classic, but puts a gourmet twist on the sweet treat. Plus, they give back to the San Jose, CA community, supporting multiple charities throughout the area. Great desserts and great values? What’s not to love? Whether served between a croissant or two cookies, the ice cream here is rich, creamy perfection.
