When Jimmy and Sabin discussed possibly going into business together, the conversation led to reminiscing about the backyard lobster boils of their childhood. They wondered whether there was a way to bring lobster, a traditionally gourmet food, into the street food scene. With that goal, Cousins Maine Lobster was born. After an appearance on Shark Tank, the business evolved into a full-fledged franchise with locations across the country. That includes a truck right here in Miami, FL.
The menu uses its eponymous item in a variety of dishes. Of course, you’ll find traditional lobster rolls served hot or cold and slathered in mayo or warm butter. However, you can also try everything from lobster grilled cheese to lobster tacos to lobster bisque. Enticed? Then we have good news. Cousins Maine Lobster - Miami caters, so have ‘em out to your next event.
Lobster Tots — A warm, crispy bed of tater tots smothered in succulent chunks of Maine lobster and pico de gallo all slathered in a full-bodied cilantro lime sauce. Yum.
